Upon checking in, I noticed the carpet in the room had a strange smell, like animals had been there before. We had to call the front desk because the tub was clogged, and we had a funeral service to get ready for. Although it could use some updating, the room was clean and comfortable overall. The hotel is up-to-date and well taken care of, which was a plus.

I received exceptional service during my stay. Special thanks to Quentin, Anniesha, and Trinity, who not only fixed the issues promptly but also served tasty meals, drinks, and engaged in enjoyable conversations at the bar. The staff was polite, understanding, and very friendly throughout.
